MDM offers CMMI V2.2 and V3.0 appraisals and consulting for the Development and Services model views. Dr. Richard Waina, founder and principal of MDM, has over 40 years' experience applying information technologies to defense, industrial, and commercial organizations. He holds a DoD Secret clearance, has worked with corporate and division Software Engineering Process Groups and Process Action Teams, and has conducted over 200 appraisals in nine countries, working with both small and large organizations. He has also taught the Introduction to the CMMI numerous times.
In addition to benchmark appraisals he offers gap analyses and evaluation appraisals covering the Level 2 and Level 3 Process Areas of the development and/or service views which will provide an organization with insight into its current state of practice implementation relative to the CMMI, and recommended actions and next steps.
